This selection has its foundation in traditional vinification carried out by our cellar mistress.
The assembly of the three varieties :
mourvèdre, syrah and a dominant grenache, bestows lovely balance on this cuvée
with warm aromas and flavours that are typical of AOC Vacqueyras.
The bouquet is made up of over-ripe red fruit,
crushed strawberry and liquorice, intermingling with candied fruit and real fruit jellies.
