that we vinify and mature for a year
in our 100% french wood barrels.
The resultong effect of the wood on the wine
is discreet, refined and elegant.
The nose opens out on to sensual notes of sweet spice, white-fleshed fruit and butter,
all this with a gentle coating of pear spirit
The palate is rich and concentrated with flavours from quince to pear and from honey to vanilla intermingling.
